SHIPPING POLICY

Popping and Jigging Addicts is committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. We ship orders within 24-72 hours of receiving notification (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped from our location in Mexico City, through (…). We ship to all 32 Mexico states. Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business days.

At the end of your order, you must choose what type of shipping service you want. We suggest verifying, on the websites of the parcel companies that handle the shipments, that there are no problems with the delivery according to your zip code or which one can provide you with a better service. Parcel companies have great coverage throughout the country, however, there are certain locations where delivery frequencies are low, so in these cases we ask you to be a little patient. Once your payment has been resolved, you will receive an email with the guide or tracking number once your order has been processed, which you can use to track the package from the next day.

Popping and Jigging Addicts is not responsible for delays with the postal service. When your order does not arrive or takes a long time, we suggest that you submit a report to the parcel company to expedite delivery or resolve unforeseen events. We do our best to ensure that your items are packed with the utmost care. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service during transit. Please make sure the package is in acceptable condition and free of damage before you sign for it or accept it from the postal service, otherwise please don’t receive the package.
