Popping and Jigging Addicts Warranty Policy

We at Popping and Jigging Addicts are saddened to hear the bad news of a broken rod from you, the angler, so we are committed to giving you the best possible solution and motivating you to get back to fishing.

You are buying a high quality and performance rod. Before going on the market, the rods are tested in the field to ensure their durability. But keep in mind that these rods can break if not cared for, used beyond recommended specifications, or used for activities other than those for which they were designed.

While we can guarantee the quality and performance of the reed, we cannot be responsible for the welfare of the rod. Therefore, the warranty does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. It also does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections, intentional breakage, wear and tear, modification or customization of the finished rod.

All the products we offer are legally imported into Mexico from manufacturers in Japan/overseas or sourced from a wholesaler ensuring maximum quality. However, since Popping and Jigging Addicts is not the manufacturer of the products, the warranty differs from brand to brand and will be from the manufacturer.

  • Factory Warranty

Sales receipt or proof of purchase required. Please note that recipients are responsible for return and outbound shipping.

Factory warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer in Japan/overseas. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with warranty claims for these brands.

In no event shall Popping and Jigging Addicts be liable for incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty, or any other warranties implied by law.

Sale or discounted items do not qualify for returns or warranty.

Popping and Jigging Addicts Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to return the item for a full refund or merchandise exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by original invoice, sales receipt, or proof of purchase.

Please send the item to us by certified and insured mail to the address below, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The cost of shipping the returned merchandise will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale or discounted items do not qualify for returns or warranty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. If the refund is refused, the buyer must bear the shipping costs to receive the original product back.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card issuer, it may take some time for your refund to be processed by the bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at (…)

Popping and Jigging Addicts Exchanges Policy

Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
